System basics

• All wing crafting is done at the Chaos Goblin NPC in Noria (180, 102), via the [Equipment Upgrade/Craft] menu → [Wings(Cape) Craft].
• A successful combination produces a random-class wing — the result is not tied to the class of materials used.
• Levels 1–4 each use a two-step flow: craft a Wing Relic first, then craft the Wing from it.

Level 1 Wings

Process: Chaos Weapon → Lv.1 Wing Relic → Lv.1 Wing.

1. At [Lv.1 Wing Relic Combination], use a Chaos Weapon + the required material to craft a Lv.1 Wing Relic
2. At [Lv.1 Wing Combination], use the Relic to craft the Lv.1 Wing & Cape

Quantities:

• First make a Chaos Weapon: any item +4 / +4opt minimum + 1 Jewel of Chaos (add Bless/Soul or spirit stones to push toward 100%)
• Combine the Chaos Weapon (+4/+4opt) + 1 Jewel of Chaos + 1 Jewel of Bless + 1 Jewel of Soul → Lv.1 Wing Relic
• On failure, item levels drop (items not destroyed at this tier)

Level 2 Wings

Process: Lv.1 Wing + Loch's Feather → Lv.2 Wing Relic → Lv.2 Wing.

1. At [Lv.2 Wing Relic Combination], use a Lv.1 Wing + Loch's Feather + Jewel of Chaos → Lv.2 Wing Relic
2. At [Lv.2 Wing Combination], craft the Lv.2 Wing & Cape from the Relic

Quantities:

• Lv.1 Wings +4 / +4opt or higher
• Loch's Feather (or Crest of Monarch for Dark Lord's Cape of Lord)
• 1 Jewel of Chaos + a Medium Magic Stone to raise the rate
• ⚠️ On failure at this tier, all items are destroyed

Level 3 Wings (unlocks ~Lv.400 + 3rd class quest)

Two valid routes.

Process:

• Relic route: Lv.2 Wing + materials → Lv.3 Wing Relic → Lv.3 Wing
• Condor route: Condor's Feather + materials → Lv.3 Wing (direct)

• Basic: Increases Attack/Wizardry/Curse +50 (+0) → +273 (+15).
• 0–2 random options: elemental ATK/DEF, elemental success rate, extra nuke/bolt/wide damage, extra damage reduction.

Core upgrades (+0 → +15)

• Upgraded at the Chaos Goblin with Wing Core Upgrade Stones (1,200 Ruud each).
• Cores are never destroyed. Levels 1–7 drop by 1 on failure; levels 8–15 reset to 0.
• Chance: 90% (to +7), 80% (+8/+9), 75% (+10/+11), 70% (+12/+13), 65% (+14/+15).
• Zen per step scales from 1,000,000 (+1) to 8,000,000 (+15).

Equip / unequip

• Put Lv.5 wings in inventory (not equipped), Alt + Right-Click to open the Lv.5 Wings UI, drag the core into the slot.
• Cores can only be attached/detached on wings in the inventory, not while equipped.

• Lv.1 & Lv.2: Only the original classes have dedicated low-tier wings. The newer classes (Grow Lancer, Rune Mage, Slayer, Gun Crusher, White Wizard, Mage/Lemuria, Illusion Knight, Alchemist) begin their class-specific wing line at Lv.3 and rely on shared/generic wings before that. (For example, an Alchemist can equip the generic Wing of Heaven at Lv.180 and Wing of Soul at Lv.215, but her first class-specific wing is the Lv.3 Wings of Protection.)
